RHA Public Housing

The Public Housing Program consists of about 750 units owned by RHA. Rents are based on tenant income rather than current market rents.

RHA owns and operates these housing units in eight (8) complexes in Washoe County.

Maintenance & After-Hours Assistance

For public housing residents, all repair requests must be routed to the 24-hour Work Order Line at 775-329-3650.

This ensures requests are recorded and follow-up is monitored. Voucher recipients and those renting other private residences must contact their landlord or property manager.

To submit non-emergency work orders, email us at: workorder@renoha.org
