Xeriscape landscaping
Northern Nevada has a high desert arid climate where little grows that is not planted and watered. In spite of this, almost all homes constructed in Reno, Sparks and Washoe County in the past 50 years have installed large lawn areas. RHA is dedicated to changing this by making sure all NSP2 scattered-site rental properties have attractive xeriscape landscaping.
