Homes available for rent

Reno Housing Authority has purchased a number of single family homes throughout the local area to use as rentals. Photographs and information on these properties will be available for viewing at the RHA office at 1525 East Ninth Street and fliers for available properties are posted on this page. Section 8 participants are encouraged to apply.

Below are links to homes available for rent. Please be aware that these homes are available under different programs and will not all have the same rules and regulations. Please fill out the appropriate application (linked on the flier) and return it to the Admissions Office at 1400 Silverada Blvd., Reno NV 89512 if you are interested in renting a home. The income limits for each rental are also listed on the fliers.

In order to ensure these properties are kept in good condition, the properties will be inspected at least every six months. A home visit will be conducted with the potential renter at their current address by RHA staff prior to signing lease.

NSP rentals are available to people whose income is under 50% of the Area Median Income, as listed below:
