Below are links to homes available to purchase or rent. Please be aware that these homes are available under different programs and will not all have the same rules and regulations. Please fill out the appropriate application and return it to the Admissions Office if you are interested in purchasing or renting a home.

Homes available to rent:

Reno Housing Authority will be purchasing single family homes and duplexes throughout the local area to use as rentals as opportunities become available. Photographs and information on these properties will be available for viewing at the RHA office at 1525 East Ninth Street. Section 8 participants are encouraged to apply.

In order to ensure these properties are kept in good condition, they will be inspected at least every six months, and a home visit will be conducted with the potential renter at their current address by RHA staff prior to signing lease. Preference will be given to current RHA tenants who have demonstrated excellent rent payment and housekeeping practices.
