HUD-required Homeownership Credit Counseling

HUD requires that potential homeowners who wish to purchase a home through RHA's Neighborhood Stabilization Programs must complete an 8 hour HUD Certified Homebuyers Program offered by Consumer Credit Affiliates. These classes are valid for a year. The schedule of classes is available here and future classes will be posted as they become available.
